Hi, I'm William Palencia Medina, an Aviation Maintenance Training Expert based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I've been working in the field of aircraft maintenance for over 20 years and have trained hundreds of professionals across the world.

I am a certified Aircraft Technician, A&P Instructor, type rating instructor, and composite + metallic materials specialist with dedicated skills in learning and development strategies.  I've worked for major airlines, maintenance organizations, and vocational training organizations throughout my career.
